Delivery Policy

Delivery Fees

If you wish for KIAN to deliver the items you purchased to you, the following delivery charges shall apply, if applicable.

a) No delivery fee will be charged for purchases above RM2000, delivered to destinations within the Klang Valley*.

b) For purchases below RM2000, a minimum delivery charge of RM150 will be applied.

c) We are able to deliver to destinations beyond Klang Valley. Please contact us to enquire on the applicable charges.

Amendment to delivery

We will deliver your order within 7 working days after payment was made and approved.

If you intend to amend the delivery date or address of delivery, you shall contact KIAN on the changes prior to the agreed delivery date.

Delivery will be made between Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

*Klang Valley excludes Klang, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya.

Cancellation Policy

KIAN strives to ensure that the items you purchased are delivered to you in a seamless manner. In an event you choose to cancel your purchase, you shall communicate it to KIAN prior to the determined delivery date.

Stock-keeping item

Cancellation of stock-keeping items within 5 Working Days of delivery date shall be subjected to an administrative fee, pegged at 2% of the purchase order. The remaining balance will be returned to you within 7 Working Days of the cancellation being communicated.

Made to order/ custom-made items

Made to order/ custom-made items can be subject to cancellation within 24 hours from the date of purchase. KIAN does not allow the cancellation of custom-made order after 24 hours from the date of purchase.

Any items which have been purchased by you are not exchangeable for any other items. 


If you intend to collect the items yourself, KIAN is happy to assist you too. Please notify KIAN 2 Working Days prior to your presence. This will enable us to prepare accordingly. You shall present your sales order on the day of collection.
